SHIPPING POLICY – ZapVibe

1. FREE SHIPPING ZapVibe offers FREE shipping on all orders across India. No minimum order value required.
2. PROCESSING TIME All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed.
3. DELIVERY TIME Estimated delivery times:

4. ORDER TRACKING Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your order on the courier partner's website.
5. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) We offer Cash on Delivery on select products across India. COD orders must be confirmed via phone or email before dispatch.
6. SHIPPING DELAYS ZapVibe is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Courier partner issues
- Natural disasters or strikes
- Incorrect address provided by customer
- Customs or government restrictions
7. WRONG ADDRESS Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of placing order. ZapVibe is not responsible for orders delivered to wrong addresses due to incorrect information provided.
8. DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at zapvibe.store@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will resolve the issue within 48 hours.
