At ZapVibe, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return policy carefully.
Return Window We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags intact.

- Reason for return
- Clear photos of the product
We will respond within 24-48 hours.

Non-Returnable Items
- Used or damaged products
- Products without original packaging
- Personal care or hygiene products
- Sale items
Refunds Once return is received and inspected, refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Damaged or Wrong Item If you receive a damaged or wrong product, contact us immediately at zapvibe.store@gmail.com with photos. We will replace or refund at no extra cost.
Exchange We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.
